How is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped through the US Postal Service. If you only order an L.W.A. membership, your welcome parcel will not have tracking information. We ship L.W.A. Memberships, cards, and stationery through First Class Mail. All other items are shipped via Priority Mail.
Your items should get into your happy little hands within a week or two. International customers should expect their orders within 3 to 4 weeks.
All major credit cards and e-checks are accepted through pay pal, a safe & secure way to make credit card payments online. Please note that you don't need to create a Pay pal account to use the pay pal shopping cart service, just click on the "if you do not currently have a pay pal account click here" box in the middle of the pay pal prompt page once you've checked out and they'll take your credit card information for us.
If you are planning on purchasing a large amount of a specific item you may be eligible for price breaks and discounts. Please contact us for more information.
We try our best to describe the products as accurately as possible and strive to make each item perfect. We want you to be 100% happy, so if you are not please with your items you can return them for a refund if they are eligible.
If you feel that an item was grossly misrepresented you can return it. Personalized items and customs orders cannot be returned or refunded. To return an item please email us first and let us know the problem with the item and to receive authorization. If you do not receive prior authorization, you will not be eligible for a refund.
After receiving authorization,
ship the item back to us within 7 days of the delivery confirmation
order. Items must be shipped via method comparable to USPS
Mail with Delivery Confirmation. We are not responsible for
items damaged or lost during the shipment process. Any returned
must be unused and in resale mint condition for a full
refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.
All information gathered during any online transaction will be used solely to process your order. When you sign up on our email list, rest assured that your information will not be distributed or sold to anyone, for any reason. In short: we will not do anything evil with your info.
I am sorry to say, but we have to charge sales tax to residents of Illinois, since the studio resides in that fine state.
Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes. Purchase transactions are fully encrypted in SSL to completely protect all of the information you provide. When on a secure web page, you should see the security icon on your browser's status bar light up and lock. If you are not comfortable with ordering on-line please contact us for other options.
