Cowls & Clapotis

So, I finished my cowl a few days ago, just in time for this deep freeze. I didn't do the bobbles that are on the edging in the pattern, but instead opted for a regular 3/3 rib. I really like the way it turned out and it is proving to be quite warm.

With a little help from Knittinghelp.com I'm hoping to tackle the clapotis.



I have to say though, I was reading through the pattern and I was about to put aside once again and opt for something else until I found Knitting Helps abbreviations explained section. For most of the abbreviations they have video showing you how to actually do it, which is perfect for me. You can tell me a million times how to do something, but unless I see it being done I have trouble trying to do it. Now I just need to figure out what yarn I want to use for the clapotis.
